Be prepared to provide your previous medical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication. If you have serious illness disease please bring doctors clearance certificate allowing therapy.
It is important to wear comfortable clothing and modest underwear. Wearing a pair of shorts to access legs hips and lower back a crop top or similar to allow access of chest and shoulders.
Depending what massage you select the therapist may do functional movement releases to reach the ideal outcome.
Remedial Massage services are covered and available under most major private health insurance providers a receipt will be email allowing you to claim.

Our focus is to identify and treat what is causing the dysfunction.
Treatment duration depends on your assessment, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors. Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress and your therapist communicates with your health care provider to help you achieve your therapy goals.
It is encouraged to do a 1.5 hr first session for assessment and therapy.

It is encourage to book and start with 2-3 weekly seasons in advance for chronic conditions which can be canceled if you feel better.

If you have diabetes the Mild Hyperbaric Chamber may effect blood sugar levels. It is our clinics policy that you check blood sugar levels before chamber use and after chamber use. Please bring your medication or snacks if your levels may be impacted. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
If clients has a chronic illness or serious disease they are recovering from, it is encouraged to do a 60 minute session to reduced the body having heavy detox.
